Our Story

This started the way most real things do — someone lived the problem. When the AI restructuring wave reshaped an entire industry, one veteran professional stopped waiting on the résumé black hole and built an AI agent team to run his own relaunch, in public. That system is what PivotNReboot now puts in the hands of everyone else. The point was never the founder. The point is that if it can work for one person, it can work for a community — and a community that lifts each other beats anyone going it alone.

Greg’s experience

  • 20+ years in enterprise consulting — Accenture and Oracle Consulting — leading programs and delivery for some of the largest companies in the world.
  • Started out as a Unix and DOS developer, and got hands-on again building this AI system from the terminal up.
  • Believes partnership beats competition — “nobody can do everything.” He’s repeatedly ended up working with the very people others treated as rivals.
  • Got caught in the same AI restructuring wave he now helps others navigate — so he built an AI agent team to run his own relaunch.
  • AI as career leverage: Used AI to retool his own career after getting caught in the AI restructuring wave — then turned that system into a way to help others find work too. Also applies it day-to-day, from organizing his life to solving everyday problems — proof that in ordinary hands, AI is leverage.
